Last Saturday my friends and I visited this Korean Cafe near our school. We don't usually hang-out that often anymore, because of our conflicting schedules, stressful plates, and even MORE STRESSFUL plates, so we decided to finally bond together in hopes that we would somehow catch up with each others' lives, and we chose Cafe Maru as our haven. Actually, the main purpose of that visit was to be a moral support to our friend, Kaye, who would be having an interview with the cafe owner for the online magazine she's currently contributing to, but since we missed hanging out together so much, our moral-support-act turned into our let's-grab-this-opportunity-and-bond-together act! Here are some of the photos I took while we were in the Cafe, oh, and by the way it was definitely worth the effort of going there-- the food was great, the coffee was just simply amazing-- oozing with that distinct aroma of fresh coffee beans (yumm)-- and the place, I'd really have to give thumbs up to the owner for creating such a "homey" feel, there's that peaceful, inviting ambiance the moment you step inside, that tells you you'd never want to step out again, ever.

One thing I love about this Cafe is that they make it personal with the customers-- people who come inside can write, draw, or simply doodle away with the colorful pens and paper they provide, they also have cute pins and other accessories that you can play with, AND they have games! Lots and lots of board games, puzzles and even tower games! Which makes it all the more fun for us and the other customers as well.
